An industrial estate is an economical perimeter in which the economic agents are located, with access to infrastructure and utilities which are administered by a trading company. Our goals are: to rehabilitate existing buildings; to rehabilitate the current road infrastructure; to design new buildings; to finalize the new road infrastructure; to rehabilitate existing utilities (water, sewage, gas, wiring), including their metering; providing utilities for allotments that are designed to house industrial infrastructure, including therir metering. We maintain the environment protection indicators withing the limits imposed by the EU regulations.
